A row of open gold-toned circles links across the wrist, each one drawn in a single fine line of brass. Small violet and deep-blue cabochons sit tucked inside the rings, held in slender prongs.

  • Material: Brass with amethyst and lapis lazuli cabochons
  • Stones: Amethyst, lapis lazuli
  • Color: Gold, violet, deep blue
  • Closure: Open back, adjustable
  • Origin: India
  • Circumference: 6.25 in

The cuff is light on the wrist despite its width — the airy circle construction carries the graphic silhouette without the weight of a solid band. Worn against bare skin or a solid sleeve, the small pops of violet and blue read clearly against the warm brass.

Details
  • Adjustable open-cuff construction
  • Interlocking circle motif
  • Prong-set cabochon stones
  • Lightweight hollow brass frame

Amethyst and lapis are natural stones and the brass is hand-shaped, so color, veining and fit will vary slightly from piece to piece.

The Story

The design leans on a single repeated element — an open ring — chained across the width of the wrist. Rather than a solid band, brass wire is worked into a row of circles that reads bold at a distance and stays light on the arm.

Brass is the working choice here: warm-toned, workable, and a comfortable base for colored stones rather than a precious-metal setting. Cabochons of amethyst and lapis are prong-set at a few points along the rings, chosen for the way cool violet and deep blue play against the warm metal.

The cuff is built from cut and bent brass, soldered where the rings overlap, then shaped around a mandrel to its final curve. Stones are set, edges filed and polished, and the open back is left at a width that allows small adjustments.

Craft & Care
  • Technique: Hand-fabricated brass, prong-set cabochons

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each wear and store in a fabric pouch away from moisture to slow the brass from tarnishing.

Questions

Will this cuff fit my wrist?

The circumference is 6.25 in with an open back, so it can be gently adjusted wider or narrower to fit most wrists.

Are the amethyst and lapis real stones?

Yes. Both are natural, cut as cabochons and hand-set, so small variations in color and pattern are normal.

Will the brass tarnish over time?

Brass develops a natural patina with wear and air exposure. Wiping it after wear and keeping it dry will slow this.

Is this bracelet handmade?

Yes, handmade in India — from the shaping of the open circles to the setting of each stone.

Can the cuff be reshaped if it bends?

Small adjustments can be made by gently reshaping the open back. Avoid forcing it wide open too quickly to prevent metal fatigue.
