We want everyone to be able to browse and buy from Zavaire, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make websites usable for people with a wide range of disabilities, including people who are blind or have low vision, people with motor impairments, and people with cognitive disabilities.
What we do
- Clear structure. Pages use headings in a logical order, so screen-reader users can move through them section by section.
- Described images. Product photos carry text descriptions for screen readers.
- Keyboard access. Menus, product options, the cart and checkout can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are.
- Readable text and controls. We check text for color contrast, keep body text large, and size buttons and links so they are easy to tap.
- Labeled controls. Buttons and form fields carry names that assistive technology can announce.
We test the site with automated accessibility checks and by hand, and we fix issues as we find them.
Known limitations
Zavaire is a new site, and we are still reviewing every page. Some parts, such as checkout and payment, are provided by third parties, including our e-commerce platform and payment providers; we choose partners who work to accessibility standards, but we can’t control every detail of their content.
Tell us
If anything on our site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please let us know. We take every report seriously, and we can help you complete your order in the meantime.
