    Before you shoot

    The not-so-fine print

    • Your phone is perfect

      An iPhone video is exactly what we want. No studio, no ring light, no editing — the real thing works better than the polished thing.

    • Shoot in good light

      Daylight near a window, or a well-lit room. We need to see the piece clearly — texture, stones, the way it catches the light.

    • Keep the sound on

      Videos need audio. Your voice is best, but the sound of the room is fine too. Silent or muted clips can’t be approved.

    • Shared in good faith

      Your own photo or video, of a Zavaire piece you bought and are wearing. Not a stock image, not someone else’s content, not our own photography.

    • We may say no

      A person reviews every submission, and we can turn one down — if the piece isn’t clearly visible, if it’s too dark or too shaky to use, if the sound is missing, or if the content isn’t yours. We’ll email you either way, and you’re welcome to send another.

    • $100 is the ceiling

      The percentages run on what you paid for one piece, and any single submission tops out at $100 in Zavaire Credit.

    What content qualifies?

    Your own photo or video, showing a Zavaire piece you bought, clearly visible and in good light. For the video tiers, at least 15 seconds, with the sound on. For the top tier, your face is visible and you talk about or show the piece.

    How is the credit worked out?

    On the price you actually paid for one piece in that order, after any discount, excluding shipping and tax. One rewarded piece per order, up to 100% of what you paid, capped at $100 in credit.

    When do I get my credit?

    We review submissions by hand, usually within two business days. If it's approved, the credit lands in your Zavaire account and we email you. It's valid for 12 months.

    What counts for the social bonus?

    Your photo or video posted on your own Instagram or Facebook account, set to public, tagging @zavairejewelry, and still there when we review it. Add the link when you submit. Stories don’t count, since they disappear before we can see them.

    Can I submit more than one piece?

    One rewarded piece per order. If you order again, you're welcome to share again.

    What if I return the item?

    Credit is for pieces you keep. If the piece is returned or refunded, the credit for it doesn't stand.

    How might my photo or video be used?

    Anywhere we talk about Zavaire: on product pages and the website, in emails, in paid advertising, and on our social channels. We may crop or resize it, and we'll credit your first name or handle where it makes sense. You keep ownership, and if you'd rather we stopped using it, email us and we will.

    Do I have to post on Instagram or Facebook?

    No. You can send your photo or video straight to us and still earn the base amount. Posting it on Instagram or Facebook earns the higher percentage — and for that we need the link, so we can see it.

    How do I use my credit?

    Sign in to your Zavaire account with the same email address, and it comes off automatically at checkout. There's no code to enter.
