Returns & Exchanges

If a piece isn’t right, sending it back is simple: no forms, no pre-authorization, and a full refund to your original payment.

How to return

1. Pack the unused item in its original packaging, with your packing slip. No slip? Include a note with your order number, name and email address.
2. Mail it, postmarked within 30 days of delivery, to the address below. We recommend a tracked, insured service, since we can’t refund a return that doesn’t reach us.
3. Once your return is received and approved, we refund your original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for it to appear.

What qualifies

• Items must be unused, with tags if applicable, and in their original packaging.
• Items marked final sale can’t be returned.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered.

Exchanges

Need a different piece, size or color? Place a new order for the one you want, then return the original for a full refund. It’s the fastest way, and you won’t miss out if the design sells out — many do.

Gift returns

Received a gift that isn’t your style? Return it for store credit. Include the original order number or the gift giver’s name or email, a note that says “store credit please,” and your email address. We’ll take care of the rest.

Missing, damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 5 business days of delivery, and keep all of the original packaging, inserts and labels until the issue is resolved. If we made a mistake, we’ll send the right piece or refund you in full, including shipping.

A note on handmade pieces

Many Zavaire pieces are made by hand, with natural materials and traditional techniques. Slight variations in texture, finish, shape or color are part of each piece’s character, not defects.
