Cultural Elements Is Now Zavaire: What Changed and What Didn't

In September 2026, Cultural Elements became Zavaire. Same company, same makers, same accounts and order history, a new name and a sharper point of view. Here is what that means if you shopped with us before.

Cultural Elements Is Now Zavaire: What Changed and What Didn't

If you have ordered from Cultural Elements, you already have an account here. Sign in at zavaire.com with the same email and your orders are waiting, including the ones from years ago. Nothing about your relationship with us has changed except the name on the box.

What changed

The name. Cultural Elements described where the pieces came from. Zavaire describes what they are for: jewelry chosen for color, form and character, made to change how an outfit feels. The makers are the same; the way we choose and describe the work has sharpened. You will see it in the product pages, which now open with what a piece looks like and does, and put material and origin in a clear spec list underneath.

The website. zavaire.com replaced culturalelements.com. Old links redirect. Product pages, collections and the Journal all carry over.

The rewards program. The Zavaire Circle is new: 5% of every order returns to you as Zavaire Credit, applied automatically at checkout, and three orders and $250 in a year bring free shipping on every order and 7.5% back. If you bought from Cultural Elements in the last year, credit for those orders was added to your account when the program launched. Sign in and look under Zavaire Circle.

Refer a Friend. Also new: give a friend $15 off their first order, and receive $15 in credit when it arrives.

What did not change

  • The company. Zavaire LLC is the same US business, with the same people answering the phone at (551) 401-5926, 24 hours a day.
  • The makers. Workshops in India, the Philippines, Türkiye, Kenya, Thailand, Laos, Guatemala and Nepal that we have worked with for years. Every product page names the country of origin.
  • Your account and orders. Same email, same password, same history. Orders placed at Cultural Elements show in your Zavaire account with a note saying where they were placed.
  • Shipping and returns. From the USA, tracked, most orders out within one business day. Free standard shipping at $75. Thirty days to return or exchange, with a full refund.
  • Reviews. The 1,800-plus reviews customers left over the years came with us and are on the reviews page.

About the similar-sounding website

Zavaire is zavaire.com, and only zavaire.com. We are not connected to any other site with a similar name, and we did not change our name to resemble one. If you are unsure whether a page is ours, look for the wine-red wordmark, the (551) phone number and the Shopify checkout, or contact the Concierge and ask.

Why the change

Cultural Elements grew up around the story of where things were made. Over time the pieces people came back for were the ones with the strongest design: the widest collars, the boldest color, the forms that read from across a room. Zavaire is the name for that. It puts design first and lets craft and origin deepen the story rather than lead it. The tagline is the whole brief: Color. Craft. Character.
