Amazonite is a natural stone, so shade and veining vary slightly from piece to piece.

The form here is built on wire-wrapping — lengths of metal wire shaped, bent and coiled by hand to hold a stone without soldering or casting. The tight coil of hematite discs at the base is a classic wire-wrap move: wire wound in small, even loops to form a channel that grips the amazonite sphere and leaves it visible from every angle.

The elongated triangle above the coil is a deliberately architectural choice, pared back to a few clean lines so the eye moves straight down to the stone. It reads as a modern take on the drop earring — geometric, unornamented, letting the seafoam color carry the design.

Each earring starts as straight lengths of gold-plated brass wire, hand-bent into the triangle frame and then wound into the coil that forms the hematite half-moon. The amazonite sphere is set into that coil by hand, adjusted until it sits centered and secure, before the ear hook is attached.
