Five slim beaded strands stack together, working through cobalt, navy, teal and dusty rose with small gold flashes catching between the beads. Each strand ends in a hand-tied cotton tassel in a different blue.

  • Material: Glass seed beads, cotton thread, elastic cord, gold-tone accent beads and findings
  • Color: Blues, dusty rose, gold
  • Length: 7.25 in per strand
  • Sold as: Set of 5
  • Origin: Guatemala
  • Metal accents: Gold-tone
  • Tassel drop: 0.5 in
  • Fit: Elastic stretch, one size

Slim enough to layer all five on one wrist, or split them across both hands with plainer gold pieces. The tassels read as small color punctuation at the wrist — sky blue against royal, royal against inky navy — never all the same shade at once.

Each strand is hand-strung and each tassel is hand-cut and trimmed, so slight differences in bead placement, tassel fullness, and color shade run across the five.

The Story

Guatemalan beadwork is built around thin, layered strands rather than a single focal piece. Bead color and finish carry the design, and stacking the strands lets them do the work together instead of competing.

The tassel here is a finishing touch, not a symbol — small cotton charms wound and trimmed by hand, then tied to each strand with a jump ring. Sold as a set of five because that is how these bracelets are worn on the wrist: mixed, not matched.

Each strand is threaded one bead at a time — seed beads and small gold-tone spacers along an elastic cord, then knotted and cut to size. The tassels are wound separately, trimmed to an even length, and attached at the closure.

Craft & Care
  • Technique: Guatemalan beadwork

Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. Remove before showering, swimming, or applying lotion — moisture wears the elastic cord and dulls the beads.

Questions

How many bracelets are in the set?

Five individual beaded strands, each with its own tassel and elastic cord.

Will they fit my wrist?

Each strand is on an elastic stretch cord and is designed to fit most women's wrist sizes without a clasp.

Can I wear them in water?

Best removed before showering, swimming, or applying lotion. Moisture and oils wear down the elastic cord and dull the beads over time.

Where are they made?

Handmade in Guatemala by artisans working with seed beads and cotton thread tassels.
