Natural stones and hand-shaped loops mean small variations in stone color and in the exact spacing of the ovals from one cuff to the next.

Open, wire-like loops joined into a continuous band are a recurring form in Indian brass jewelry — metal used sparingly, with the wrist showing through the piece as much as the band itself. The uneven spacing of the ovals here suggests loop-by-loop hand construction rather than a stamped repeat.

The cuff starts as brass wire, bent and soldered ring by ring, then shaped around a mandrel.
