Magnesite and turquoise are cut from natural stone, so color, veining and texture vary slightly from one necklace to the next.

Beadwork built from cut and polished stone is one of the oldest ways to carry color and mineral weight on the body. The specific design here is contemporary: two strands move as a unit, the eye led from a quiet run of pale discs into a color-saturated band of green and blue-green cylinders.

The color-blocking is the real design decision. Stones are sorted and sequenced by color and shape rather than scattered, so the necklace reads almost architecturally — light and even close to the neck, weighted and saturated below the collarbone.

It is made in the brand's own US studio in small batches. Loose magnesite, turquoise and aventurine beads are sorted by size and hue, then each strand is hand-threaded in sequence, with knots and crimps set by hand so the double strands hang evenly.

Wipe with a soft dry cloth and store flat or hung. Keep away from water, chemicals and perfume to protect the stone surfaces.
